Confusing name verification

Hi there

I'm trying to verify my name coz I was rejected when I tried adding my bank account. I'm not sure if my profile name should be the same as my bank account name or account info name.

My name is in English (Debbie) but it's not official in my ID (cause it's not registered but it's normal in Malaysia as people never get spelling or remembering their native names right )

Pls help ...I'm trying to set up my bank account payment method... Thanks a lot !

You want your Upwork profile name

to be the same as your legal name

and the same as the name on your payment withdrawal account.

If not? You will have problems.
