Desktop Tracker

HELP! I am new to Upwork and downloaded the desktop app to track time...but now I can't find the toggle switch to make it STOP tracking my time!!

Lisa, in Mac OS, the tracker looks like the screenshot below, so you just click the green ON button near the upper right corner.
