Good day,
I withdrew my proposal this morning thinking the client would receive notification from Upwork. I included a polite note.
The client just contacted me to ask why I had not sent the sample of my work. I sent my withdrawal approximately 3 hours ago. Does Upwork immediately inform the client of my withdrawal?
I want to treat clients respectfully and feel that I have not done that. I have replied to his message now.
