As far as I know, if a job is inactive for about a month, Upwork will automatically delete it, and if I apply to that job, I should get my connects refunded. However, after checking the jobs in my 'submitted proposals' and noticing that they have been deleted by Upwork or the job owner after more than a month, I still haven't received a refund of connects. Can someone please help me with this issue?

I believe the only time you get refunded connects is when the client closes the job without hiring or The job gets deleted for breaking terms. Any other scenario forget about it. Even if the job expires, you get nothing back👍
