I filed mediation as nobody was answering on the dispute center, both myself and my client was telling them this is a upwork mistake and they should close it but no response...i am courious what mediation wil tell us. In my mediation message i included the fact that its an upwork error and myself and my client want it closed

And yes...i dont know why these guys are so slow...considering that if you dont answer to a client in 24h they are very quick to threaten to suspend your account if you don't!!!
And client has posted several messages not only one.
This bug you have now on this its just proof of how bad your services are and how low respect you have for my business.

When i informed client about the fact that i filed for mediation she quicly found a button that allowed her to close the job.
I GUESS THE LESSON HERE IS.....NEVER TRUST NOBODY
