Downgrade from Freelancer Plus to Basic do I lose my remaining balance of connects ?

hello if i switch my account to basic and i have connects from the freelancer free do I lose my connects ?

Hi Omar,

You will be able to roll over up to 140 Connects. Anytime you downgrade your membership plan the switch will take effect on your next billing cycle date. For more information, please check this help article.

So we don't lose our connects? I am planning to switch to basic for a few months, and then returning back to plus in November. I have now 168 connects, can I maintain those 168 connects these months with basic?

Hi Ruben,

While Freelancer Plus members receive 70 Connects each month even if they already have 140 Connects when the billing cycle resets, they still can roll over only 140 Connects in the subsequent billing cycle. Same apply once you downgrade your membership, only 140 Connects will roll over in the subsequent billing cycle. You can check this announcement thread for more information.
