Dual accounts

Hi

1) I would like to know if I can have a dual account? ( I currently have a freelancing account and would        like to have a client account too.) If so, what is the procedure.

2) If I take a job and give part of it to another freelancer from my client account, can that person see my      clients or view my profile?

3) Can freelancers view fellow memebers profiles?

I know its a lot but wanted to make some things sure before taking up a project.
