Eligible but not getting top rated.

Hi, this is Noshan A. video editor on Upwork. I have successfully completed all the requirements and am eligible for top-rated but have not received my top-rated badge. 16 out of 16 weeks are completed, earned around 2k$, completed 7 jobs, and working on 8th job. please help me out.
