Errors in my profile

Hi UpWork community,

 

I've an issue with my profile. I completed it and submit for review but the reviewer told me that my profile cannot be approved with this adivce:

"Please revise your profile so that words and phrases are not written with all capitalized letters."

 

I tried to update my profile to remove some capitalized letters but when I try to re-submit it, I  have this error :

"You can resubmit your profile for review after correcting the issues that were identified during the review process. Please check your email for the complete list of issues."

 

Anyone can help me to correctly update my profile to pass the review.

Hi , I've an issue with my profile.I wrote my name as"CAll" as usual because i always think it's much cooler.But the system think it's wrong name. I can't find anywhere to edit. So,could anybody help me ?

Hi CAII,

 

That's correct, your profile name needs to be your real name. To change your profile name, you can go to your Settings> Contact Info and click "Edit" on the right side.

Thanks for updating your profile picture. Please, also update your profile title and overview to clearly describe what kind of services are you going to offer to clients on Upwork. Make sure to check the text for grammar and spelling errors and use complete sentences. You can also add more information about your past employment history, take a few tests and add some portfolio items before you resubmit your profile again.

Please take a review of my profile which also shows the same error. I have completed my profile including some test has been passed but still i face the same message when i used to Click on "Resubmit" button!.

I have the same problem as Quentin T. I revised my profile, eliminated all the possible capitalized letter and I cannot re-submit my profile.

Hi Ilie,

 

Your name shouldn't be written in capital letters. Please capitalize only the first letters of the first name and last name, and submit your profile for review.

Hi Ilie,

 

Please click on your photo in the upper-right corner, go to Settings, click on the Edit button across the "Account" section title, make the necessary changes and click "Update".

hi, i have same problem. 

 

i changed my name in small letters. now in profile setting its showing that my name is changed in small letter but in my profile its showing in capital letter and i cant re-submit my profile. .

 

please help. 

Hi Md Shawon,

 

I would suggest you revise your profile again as it's still not ready to be added to the marketplace yet. Note that proper punctuation and grammar are very important for a professional profile and you need to use sentence case correctly in both your profile name and overview.

Please, make sure you clearly describe your skills and experience in your profile overview and don't have any grammar and punctuation errors. Don't forget to capitalize words where appropriate. You may also want to hide a below average test score until you can re-take it. Then you can resubmit your profile for another review.

I see you have already updated your profile picture and it looks good. You still need to update your profile Overview and add more information about your skills and experience to it. Make sure to use full sentences and check it for grammar and spelling errors.
