|Facing problem while adding Billing Method

I have tried several times to add a billing method in upwork , but, every time I tried to do so, it shows an error like - "Sorry, a critical component of this page failed to load, please reload the page." (a relevent screenshot is attached here with) I also don't find any email support or customer care no in help section.. Can anyone help me please?????
