Feedback Not Appearing / Solved

Hello, some feedback a client provided me is not appearing on my page.  Under "Design Mockup for Web Page" it currently says "No feedback given."  When I click on the edit button, this feedback appears "Jacob does an excellent job, communicates well and is easy to work with. Very pleased with everything he did. Many thanks!"  I would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved.
