Freelancer needs to hire for project assistance

Hello!

I am a graphic design freelancer on Upwork and need to hire someone to help finish a project intime. How does a freelancer upload a job posting. I don't see it on my side of things

Hi Kaelan,

You need to have a client account in order to post a job and hire a freelancer for your project. You can be a Client and a Freelancer using the same account. You’ll use the same account to log in to Upwork, but the two parts of your account will be kept entirely separate. You’ll be able to easily switch between the two as needed. To create a client account on your existing account, please follow up instructions in this help article.

You need to add a Client entity to your FL account.

Also, as far as I know, you'll have to inform the client you are outsourcing part of this project and you can only do so if it's a fixed price and not an hourly contract.
