You may withdraw your freelance earnings to a bank account or other payment withdrawal account and use those funds in any way that you want. You could, for example, use those earnings to fund an Upwork client job.

No, unfortunately not.

Preston, it was perfectly obvious what she meant.

Withdrawing and then paying again involves two sets of currency conversions, which gets super expensive really quickly. She loses money both ways.
