Gateway Time-out Error

Why is it taking so long to restore access to the Reports/Overview page? Since last night, all I get is a lot of buffering and a 504 error message. I reported it via support chat this morning and was told it had been elevated to the tech folks and would get an email when it was resolved. When I tried to follow up later, I was told it was a known problem and is being worked on. Meanwhile, I can't get to my available funds.

 

How many people are experiencing this? And when can we expect it to be resolved?

It was okay for a couple of weeks, and now it has started up again. I had
that problem just this morning trying to access my messages.
