Glitch?

This is my first time receiving a contract from a client and Upwork immediately asked me to download the app for time tracking so I did. But when I log in to the app, it's all empty (see screenshot). Not sure if this is a glitch. I already submitted the work to my client and just manually added my work time. 

 

I'm just concerned that it might affect my billing & earnings. Do I have to manually send an invoice? Will my client be automatically charged? How long do I have to wait? I'm just making sure I don't miss a thing in submission for payment and billing deadlines.Screen Shot 2023-01-30 at 12.57.17 AM.png

Manual time does not qualify to Upwork's Hourly protection. It would have been important to see how the tracker works before doing the work and sending it to the client.
