Government ID Verification

Hey,

I am new to Upwork and recently went trough the identity verification process. I already had a video chat with someone from the support team, however my ID Government document didn’t went through.

I have been trying to upload it several times without knowing what was the real issue. Which is strange because I used the same ID for the video identification call. Now my account has an hold on it. I have been trying to get in touch with the customer service but no one responded.

Could someone please help me with that? Thanks.
