Hiding Client Information

Today I was about to apply to a job, and as customer service has told me, I really looked the client over carefully to make sure it would seem to be a good fit.

The client has hired 16 people.

His star rating is not good at 4.67

It says he has 6 reviews. It shows 11 reviews some with no feedback for the client.

In the 11 reviews that I can see, he gets good marks from everyone. 5 stars even.

So how did his star rating end up a 4.67???

What's missing ???

What I am not allowed to see it so I can make an informed decision?

Where are the 5 missing jobs?? Obviously he must have had bad feedback somewhere in order to get that star rating, so where is it?

I can't make an informed decision when you decide to hide bad reviews of the client.

This is not transparent at all and you are literally putting the freelancer's livelihood at risk if this is truly a bad client.

Hi Jean,

Could you please send me a link to the job posting in a private message? I will follow up with the team about it.

Thank you.

I will email it to you.

This is NOT a one time occurance. This happens every day on many job posts.
