Hourly job billing

Hi, I got an email about a week ago to review my weekly billing cycle, which stated my hours correctly. However, when I now click on my "available payments" my balance is at zero. It seems as if the money is gone or the weekly billing didnt go through, how is this possible and how can I get the money I earned?

Hi Madeleine,

 

I checked and it looks like the funds are already in the 'Pending' section of your Reports page. This represents the standard security hold period in which funds cannot be withdrawn. Please note that Hourly payments are in the security period from the time the client review ends on Friday to when the funds are released on Wednesday.
