Hourly job never paid out

I worked on an hourly job on 6.July'21 for 4 hrs approximately. Same is being reflected in my contract report.

However, when I go to Transaction History, the amount is highlighted in grey and is shown as pending.

Date has shifted from 14July to 21 July for the project payment.

I would like to confirm that by design the earnings from last week will be availeble on your account on Wednesday next week.
