How do I message talent without initiating a job...

It's impossible to get into contact with support. I've setup my account and simply want to message talent but it's proving to be impossible despite this being an app where we're supposed to collaborate to figure out whether or not we want to use talent for projects.... HOW DO I MESSAGE TALENT!?
