How does our proposals show to the client?

I've had this doubt in the back of my mind for a long time. What do the clients see when we apply for their jobs?

Do they see our profile title and then the first paragraph of our cover letter?

or Do they just see the title of our profile?

If anyone here, could show me a ss of how the list shows up, that would be amazing.

Clients see only the first two lines of your cover letter, not the first paragraph.
