I tried to close my duplicate account but it says contact it says contact customer support.

Hi,
I would like to close my Upwork account. I have not used it and am not planning to in the near future. I’ve tried to do so myself but it doesn’t seem to allow me. I seem to have a client account that was added many years ago but I have not dealt with them since being added.
Can someone please help me close this account.

It looks like you are currently an admin/manager on your Company. Could you please go here and remove yourself so the team can proceed with closing your account?
