I am not able to buy connects

Whenever i am trying to buy connects, request always failed. What to do ?

and even one of the page is asking for Promo Code.  What is that ?

Ignore the promo code unless Upwork have given you one (which I find very unlikely)

Try a different browser perhaps? I find the upwork forum and site is always throwing error pages on safari, (for example when logging in) but works just fine on chrome or others. (also clearing chache might help)

ok, but have you tried using a different browser? Though having thought about it and seen the image above, it looks more like an issue with billing than a website glitch. so obviously a new browser would not help if thats the case

Let me see, but i had brought connects earlier with same billing system.

Delete the image, it has Paypal account information.
