I am stressed

Hi, 
I have always been very conscious about following Upwork rules and always made sure to not violate them. Recently by mistake I shared my CV which had my email while submitting proposal but as soon as I realised it I withdrew the proposal and now it Is in archived section but I am still really worried as I have given my everything to reach this point where I have good reviews and 100% JSS and I am very close to top rate plus badge and I don't want to loose it. 

Do I need to actually worry or since I have withdrawn the proposal I am good and I will be forgiven ?

The last popup Upwork created said they "encourage" keeping communication on Upwork. Hopefully, this isn't another example of an ESL writing in English with another example of why words matter and understanding a language matters, but "encourage" does not mean "required" in the English language, so it tells me it's not really a rule but a guideline. Kinda like speed limits.
