I can't get money for work

Hello! I have made part of work for a client and he made prepayment - 50$. But they are not on my account Payoneer. How can I get them?

To view in what stage your earnings are, go to Reports > Overview. When your payment requests on fixed-price contracts are approved it will need to pass our 5 days security period for the funds to become available on your account. Thank you.
