I didn't get a response from freelancesuccess@upwork.com

I was a top rated freelancer with 94% job success last week. However, I  got a poor review from a client. After the client's review, I wrote to freelancesuccess@upwork.com to have the review removed from my profile and job success. But I didn't get a response before the job success was update  on Sunday and my job success dropped to 77%

 

I read that I have 2 weeks grace to have the feedback removed.

I recommend that you never try to initiate contact with Upwork using an email message.

 

Upwork's customer support efforts are NOT email-centric.

 

There are many other methods for obtaining help from Upwork, which are more effective.
