Upwork’s Terms of Use require that you accurately represent yourself. This includes having a profile picture that looks like you. Please read this help article for more information.  You might want to check this help article for tips in selecting your profile picture.

On Upwork, clients are allowed to do this.

You may create a client aspect to your current Upwork login account, and you may use a logo when operating as a client.
