Please know that you will not be able to initiate the identity verification yourself. If the team finds the need for you to do it, you will receive an email detailing the instructions on how to complete your verification.
I got an email after the direct contract payment from client that My account is on hold and i have to provide Government-issues ID and Bank/Utility Statements. But the problem is I only have Government issued ID but not any Bank/Utility statement because I have filled the form recently for opening a bank account and other bills doesn't generated on my name. They wrote in email that if i didn't provide it within 5 days my account will be suspended. I just want them to increaase the deadline so I could open a bank account and generate the bank statement . I want more than 5 days. Please

Hello, I'm trying to send a proposal but I have to verify my identification. I think my issue is that my ID is in black and white and it is telling me it must have color on the ID. May I receive some assistance on this matter?
I recently received a message that I need to be verified. Although, I already have several jobs completed on Upwork. I remember that I already submitted some of my ID for verification.

Upwork has recently put all my services on hold whats me to verify who i am but when i click "get started" says to input my birthday and when i do the the green next dosent light up. there fore i cant very who i am. so cant pay the freelancer cause i need complete that step. Help!
