Hi, I need help. I sent a screenshot of my passport to verify my identification, but it rejected it and I reached the maximum amount of tries to upload my ID.
What can I do to contact customer support and get verified? And how should I upload the file of my passport next time so it will confirm my identity? I don't want my account to be put on hold.
