Hi Eunice,

I can see that you've already received your 10 free Connects on January 28, 2024. You should be able to see this by visiting your Connects History page. 

Your current membership billing cycle is January 28, 2024 — February 27, 2024, and you will receive another 10 free Connects when it renews again.
