Hello, I have just been tracking about 1:20 hours of my time via the time tracker for a client's project today, but both my work diary and the overview report page do not reflect that. It's never happened before. Please help, thank you 😉

Hi Deborah,
Please be patient for a while and everything should synchronize. You can also try to change your internet connection so that your time is uploaded.
If your time is not reflected in the Work Diary after a while, feel free to submit a ticket directly from the Desktop app. This way your logs will be included and our team will be able to investigate it further. Thank you.

Thank you Goran, I cannot change my connection right now unfortunately, as I am working remotely with my mobile as wi-fi router for my laptop. I will wait for another 30 minutes / 1 hour and then I will submit a ticket if nothing changes

Hello Goran, when submitting a ticket from my desktop app I got an error message. I am afraid that the app + time tracker have issues today.
