Issues with my IP address?

Hello. I cannot login to my Upwork account using my PC's Chrome browser. I haven't been able to do so since yesterday. But this issue is just on my PC. Upwork functions well on my phone.
Today, I used a VPN for Internet protection and I noticed that I could login, so I guess the initial login issue is related to my original IP address. Please help.

Please check this with your internet service provider or check the settings for your firewall and make sure that the Upwork site isn’t being blocked.
