Hello, everyone!
Earlier today, I turned on my time tracker and worked for about 2 hours. However, as I opened my work diary to check the screenshots, I was confused because the logged in time did not reflect and it stated that there was no time logged in today. I have proof that I am working on the task since my client can see how many posts I have published in WordPress today.
I have tried uninstalling the app, deleting it on my computer, downloading a new one and installing it, but the time logged in today only disappeared. I have submitted a ticket but I am not sure how long until someone responds to it.
Am I the only one having this issue? I'd appreciate it if someone would be able to help me with my concern. I have already informed my client about this issue and asked if he would allow manual hours. He said yes. However, I am afraid that later on, those unrecorded logged in time will reflect on my account and will charge my client double.

Thank you for reaching out. Please note that in some situations, you may be logging time, but your Work Diary doesn’t show a record of it. This happens because the Desktop App stops tracking time when you've gone idle or when it recognizes that there is no trackable activity, such as keystrokes or clicks.
If you were working during a period when the Desktop App recognized you as idle, you should discuss adding the time manually with your client.
