My Last name is changed and have updated name on Bank account

My Last name is changed and have updated name on Bank account but I am getting issue that name does not match with the profile name. Name is same on Both Upwork as it is updated on profile as well as name is same on Bank account, but I am still getting issue that name mismatch!
