My UpWork JSS Fell W/Out Job Closure

I was top rated and 100% JSS for as long as I can remember. Last week I checked my Upwork and my score was 98%. I was unsure why this happened as I have not closed out any contracts in a while. The only real difference is that some of my regular clients have had less work (due to COVID). Now Upwork is showing me at 93% JSS and I lost my top rated badge (??). Still I have not closed any contracts. When I reveiew my stats theyre nearly identical to when I was 100% and top rated and my communication stats have gone up. Could someone help me understand why this has fallen?

I just checked and my score fell yesterday from 95% to 89% with literally no job closures or changes. Really unsure of what happened with that. I was thinking of contacting support.
