My account is Suspended before 10 days but i not Get a single Word on that Ticket which they open for account Suspension

I am working on Project from six month and when my client Gets all files they put message on Odesk that they not receive his work.When i try to talk with my Client they are not answering. I have discuss too much time time with Odesk support but each time they Give one best answer"this ticket is handled by other department we can send follow up". I am also working on Elance but i have never Problem as here.On Elance for fixed Price Job their is Escrow to protect freelancer money but on Odesk there is account suspension policy. Odesk never try to find solution.Only freelancer suffer from there support and such type of suspension. If no freelancer work there then how Odesk work?Odesk can not work with only Client. If such things occur with too much time then freelancer frustrated and leave such site where they not get quick solution as Elance.
