My account was hacked

my account was hacked yesterday... but I have had google Authenticator 2fa regustered on my account from day 1,, so I'm not quite sure how this happened. Any help?. it was from a city that is 600 miles away from me. And now I can't access my messages from my phone, although i can from my computer. Wierd. Any help?
