My funds still not credited to my bank account

Hello!

I still haven't received a response from you regarding the amount I have withdrawn that hasn't been credited to my local bank account. That was withdrawn  Dec. 27, via Upwork . Please let me know hat information is missing so I can have that money on my bank.

Hope someone will take the time to read my disputes.
