NDA

I don’t have a contract signed yet with the company. They’re asking for my email address so they can send me a NDA via DocuSign for project discussion. Does this violate Upwork’s policy?

You can provide an email address for the purpose of signing an NDA.

No, it does not! DocuSign is a well-known online service used to get documents digitally signed. You can share your email ID to get and sign the NDA. 

 

Do not take your communication off the Upwork platform unless the contract is accepted!
