Name Change

Hello. I need help in updating my last name. I already tried the guide on how to do it. It will say "Your name change request is under review. Your request will be processed within 48 hours. Please review identity policy" However after waiting days, I am not receiving any email about it and the name change is not happening. Please help.

The last name that you intend putting here on your profile should be there on the document that you used for id verification, If that is the case. your name will be changed within 48 hours or even earlier.
