Need urgent help

One of my outside client want to give me order in upwork. He created a job posting and even invited me to that job. However I have not received any invitation from the clients. He even said he cannot resent the invitation. So please help me to this matter.

Hi Sadi,

Could you please ask the client to make sure the job post is public and send you the link to that public view? That should help you find the job post so you can send a proposal.

The job post was public, he confirmed me through a video call. Now, I have received the invitation 3.5 hrs later. I don't know why and what was the issue. Sometime even I feel my proposals are not reaching to clients. Please check if there is any problem with my profile.
