New messages doesnt show up in home

New messages notification doesnt show up when in the job page (https://www.upwork.com/ab/find-work/). Only comes up when you go to the messages tab.

Could you please clarify if you're referring to the new message counter that would show next to the word "Messages" in the header or to something else? As we can't replicate this issue now, could you please take a screenshot next time it happens and share it with us?

Yes, I'm talking about the counter next to the messages. I have to rely on
emails to know about new messages. and due to this sometimes i get late to
reply to new jobs offers.
