No hire after 3 jobs

Hello team,

I'm fairly new to upwork. I got my first job after a long period. I got second and third job quickly after 1st one. Now, I'm not hired by anyone. Submitting proposals regulary, none is hiring or responding. If at all interviewed by one or two clients,  they are not hiring me. Most of the invitations are from spam clients who are asking for contacts and prepaid money. What should I do to get hired?
