Not answering the offer

Hi everyone,

I sent a proposal for a job and the client messaged me and I have checked a few things for him. He sent me the offer, but I still need more information about the job to make sure that there will not be any issue and I confirmed this with him, so I kept the offer pending. He said if the offer expires, he will send it again. But my question is not answring the offer (approve or decline) will not cause a negative score for me?

Hi Maggie,

Thank you for your message. Declining an offer or delay in responding to an offer will not affect your Upwork profile. However, the offer will expire if you do not respond after a certain time.
