Odesk Tracker Help

I just got hired for an hourly job and I cant find my client on the team app. My other client appears, but this new one doesnt. My new client is new to odesk and has verified his payment methods, but I just dont feel like inputting hours manually (because my client might get the impression im adding more hours than actually worked) so, i really prefer the automatic tracker, but his name wont appear on the "track my time to" button. What's the problem?

1. The client set the work start date in the future. Check the job and see what the start date is. 2. There are ISP issues in the Philippines connecting the time tracker to oDesk. See this thread https://www.odesk.com/community/node/31808
