Do open contracts that are without assigned work and where the client has completely disappeard affect our ratings, client satisfaction rate and 12months earnings? If yes, what should we do in this case. I know that I should not close it myself!!

You can contact the client once again and ask them whether they still need your services or they would like to close the contract. If you do not hear back, you can end the contract yourself. Unless majority of your contracts were ended by you without feedback from clients, it is not going to affect your Job Success score.
