Payment Methods inactive

Hi, I've added a payment method last Dec 25, and until now it says that it's inactive. Is there any procedure that it can help me know why it's still inactive/

 Have you completed your tax info? You can not ever withdraw until you do.

If that is what's missing, just complete your tax info and your withdrawal method will be active instantly.

my payment method also has same issue, and i checked all mentioned advices in my account, and did not find any problem.

what else should i do to activate my payment method?

When did you add your withdrawal method, is your PayPal account verified and did you complete your tax info? (W8BEB?)
