I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble adding a new payment method. Can you confirm what's the error you're getting on your end whenever you try to add it?
If after adding the payment method it's saying that your beneficiary name doesn't match, and you've confirmed that your verified name on Upwork does match, then please allow up to 48 hours for the team to review your account for the name mismatch. They’ll let you know if any further steps are required from you.
