I received a payment, but I don't see the payment. I entered my bank details. How long should I wait?

Hi Jack,

When funds are approved they will become available to you after our 5 days security period is finished. To view in what stage your funds are go to Reports > Overview.

My money is in the pending state. Do I have to wait 5 days? But 5 days from the end of the contract?

Hi Jack,

When a client releases a milestone payment, it goes through a 5-day security period, and will show under the Pending tab of your Overview page (Reports > Overview). During the 5-day security period, it gives the system time to process and clear the payments. They will become available for withdrawal on the date shown under the date details.
