I have tried to withdraw my money through Paypal, but it's being rejected

My withdrawal was rejected.

There was "transaction is due and has not been paid" message about PayPal commission.
I have re-enable the payment method, but it didn't change anything.

Can you please explain how can I get my paid?

Must be a general issue with payments. I just tried withdrawing my funds to my bank account, got a "payment confirmation" message only to get a "payment rejected" email one minute later.
